Description
Clients come to us with unique staff development needs for which we design unique training solutions. One client was launching a customer service campaign in the company and asked us to design a companywide training program to equip staff with skills to implement a “Customer care culture”.
Another client asked us to design a “transformation skills” training series for the company national network of branch managers and agency supervisors. The object was to develop a “leadership development pipeline” within the company that would ensure that the company had the inhouse leadership talent it needed to sustain its future growth.
A third client needed to create a staff retrenchment, retirement and redundancy plan to facilitate “humane” release of employees whose services would no longer be necessary because of technology changes in the market. We helped them design an “employable skills” program that enabled the staff leaving to obtain employment elsewhere.
In each of these cases we provided our clients with solutions drawn from our expertise, wide experience and understanding of market realities.
What We Do
In helping our clients design and implement in-house training solutions our first job is to appreciate the client’s, vision, mission, values and business goals then seek to identify and analyse the gaps that will align employee behaviour with their strategic business development objectives.

Our expert team of consultants provides professional advice on how best to go about resolving the alignment process. Some of the recommendations may be structural or systemic changes may need to be made before the full value of a training solution can be realized.
Feasible solutions.
In consultation with the client we then embark on a feasible program to facilitate the desired outcome of the assignment. We always find that company needs are unique and cannot be simple “copy and paste” exercises that do not speak to the internal challenges each client faces.
